Programming Assignment

Starting form your assignment 4 code, implementation deletion in trees. Your program should take from a file stream lines whose first character on each line indicate whether the rest of the line contains characters to add, characters to delete or that the tree is to be printed and the rest of the line ignores.

• A line beginning with a + indicates that the rest of the line contains characters to be added.
• A line beginning with a - indicates that the rest of the line contains characters to be deleted.
• A line beginning with a P indicates that the current tree is to be printed. The remainder of the line is ignored.

Submitting Homework:

Call your program MyTreeTwo.C, and any resubmissions MyTreeTwo.C.n where n is an integer 0, 1, 2, etc. Use the command
